Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Agri Research Journal (https://agriculturejournals.com, and its equivalent .in domain). By submitting a paper, browsing the archive, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. What the platform is

Agri Research Journal publishes agricultural research submitted by students, early-career researchers, and independent scholars, subject to an editorial review step described in our disclaimer. It is not a formal peer-reviewed academic journal, and publication here does not carry the same weight as publication in one.

2. Submitting a paper

• You must be the actual author of the work, or have the legal right to submit and publish it (for example, work already published under a license that permits republication, with proper attribution).
• The information you provide about yourself and your co-authors must be accurate.
• Submission is free. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers for additional features in the future, but reading published research will always remain free.

3. Content ownership and license

You retain full copyright and ownership of any paper you submit. By submitting, you grant Agri Research Journal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and index your paper and associated profile information on the platform and in search/AI systems, for as long as it remains published. You may request removal at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Editorial review and rejection

Every submission is reviewed before publication. We may decline to publish a submission, or remove published content later, at our discretion — including (without limitation) for suspected plagiarism, fabricated data, factual misrepresentation, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

• You don't have the rights to publish;
• Plagiarizes or fabricates data, sources, or results;
• Is defamatory, unlawful, or infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
• Contains malicious code or content designed to disrupt the platform.

6. No warranty

The platform and all published content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any published research — see our disclaimer for more detail.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agri Research Journal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any published content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
